Elizabeth B. Martina has practiced in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation for over a decade. Elizabeth completed a Master of Health Sciences in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Health and Sciences Center. Elizabeth is a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a Certified Life Care Planner. Elizabeth is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and has served on the board of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals- Louisiana. Elizabeth has testified in both federal and state courts in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation and Life Care Planning. Elizabeth not only works all over the state of Louisiana, but has also worked across the United States, including Mississippi, Texas, Georgia and Tennessee.

Elizabeth is a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor in the State of Louisiana. She has national certifications as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified Life Care Planner.
Elizabeth is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, previously served as Board Member at Large (2010 to 2014) for the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals- Louisiana and is currently serving as a Board Member at Large. Elizabeth is also a board approved Supervisor for provisionally licensed Rehabilitation Counselors through LLPVRC (Louisiana Licensed Professional Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors). Elizabeth has testified in both federal and state courts in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation and Life Care Planning. Elizabeth not only works all over the state of Louisiana, but has also worked across the United States, including Mississippi, Texas, Georgia and Tennessee.
Jordan Frankel, J.D., MHS, CRC, LRC, CLCP
Jordan Frankel entered the Vocational Rehabilitation field 11 years ago after practicing as an Attorney in Illinois. Prior to joining Elizabeth B. Martina & Associates, Jordan worked with Bauer & Associates, Inc. since 2012. Jordan earned his Master of Health Sciences in Rehabilitation Counseling degree from Louisiana State University Health and Sciences Center. Jordan is a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor in the State of Louisiana, and has national certifications as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Certified Life Care Planner.
Jordan is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. Jordan has testified in federal court in the fields of Vocational Rehabilitation and Life Care Planning.
Brienne B. Frey, MHS, CRC, LRC, CLCP
Brienne B. Frey began her career in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation in 2004. Brienne worked for Thomas E. Bott & Associates, Inc. from 2004 to 2019 and is now employed at Elizabeth B. Martina & Associates, Inc. Brienne earned her Master of Health Sciences in Rehabilitation Counseling degree from Louisiana State University Health and Sciences Center, School of Allied Health Professions. She is a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor in the state of Louisiana. She is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Certified Life Care Planner.
Brienne testified for the Social Security Administration Office of Hearing Operations from 2013 to 2019 in over 2,000 hearings. She is also a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and previously served as President (2013-2014) and Board Member at Large (2009-2012) for the Louisiana Chapter.
Meghan Domingo, MHS, CRC
Meghan Domingo earned her Master of Health Sciences in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling degree in May 2023 from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. She is recognized as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and is currently working toward earning her licensure in Rehabilitation Counseling. She is eager to expand her knowledge to the field of Life Care Planning. Meghan has been with Elizabeth B. Martina & Associates since 2020.
Meghan is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
Lindsey Bennett
Lindsey Bennett has been with Elizabeth B. Martina & Associates since 2021. She is currently enrolled in the Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling program at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center and will earn her Master of Health Sciences in May 2024. Lindsey looks forward to expanding her knowledge in the fields of Vocational Rehabilitation and Life Care Planning.
Lindsey is a student member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, Chi Sigma Iota, and the American Counseling Association.
Rebecca Congemi
Rebecca Congemi has been working with Elizabeth Martina since 2015. Her current role is Office Manager. She has over 20 years of administrative experience and prides herself on providing exemplary, quality services.
Kellie Griener
Kellie Griener joined the team at Elizabeth B. Martina & Associates in 2023 as Intake Coordinator. Prior to joining our team, Kellie earned her Bachelor of Education from The University of New Orleans and worked in education for almost a decade. Kellie prides herself in providing prompt and efficient attention to every case.
